Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related fieldRequired Experience/Skills: 6+ years of experience in UX/UI or Digital Experience Design, preferably within complex or enterprise environments Proven experience designing internally-facing applications (e.g., tools, dashboards, or enterprise platforms) Strong proficiency with design tools such as Figma (including Figma Make), Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite Advanced expertise in at least two of the following: interaction design, information architecture, accessibility, user research, product design, or user interface design Experience translating complex business requirements into intuitive, user-centered design solutions Strong understanding of design systems and ability to contribute to and scale them Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and stakeholders Familiarity with Agile methodologies (preferably SAFe Agile ceremonies such as PI Planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives) Strong communication skills with the ability to present design decisions and problem-solving approaches Working knowledge of accessibility standards and compliance requirementsPreferred Experience: Experience in insurance, financial services, or other highly regulated industriesJob Duties / Responsibilities Lead end-to-end UX/UI design efforts for medium to large-scale digital products and platforms Design user-centered solutions across the product lifecycle, from discovery through delivery Translate business requirements and functional specifications into clear design roadmaps and deliverables Create information architecture, user flows, journey maps, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes Develop and maintain detailed UI specifications for development teams Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of design solutions Ensure designs align with established design systems and industry best practices Work alongside development teams to ensure accurate execution of design intent Conduct and/or participate in user research, usability testing, and observational studies Advocate for user-centered design principles and inclusive design practices Mentor junior designers and support team growth and development Evaluate and recommend new tools, technologies, and design processes Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement efforts Partner with accessibility teams to ensure designs meet required accessibility standards Ensure compliance with risk management, regulatory requirements, and cybersecurity practices **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.** **Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client’s business needs and requirements.** Benefits: For information and details on employment benefits offered with this position, please visit here.
