TELECOMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience serving as a COSMEC Alternate Account Manager responsible for managing, planning, implementation, and operations of secure communication systems supporting fleet and shore components. Experience determining operational capabilities based on the cryptographic equipment manuals and communication security policies, using problem-solving rules, procedures, techniques, and methods. Experience interacting with customers to fulfill COSMEC management requirements associated with logistics, handling, distribution, destruction, and reporting of COSMEC material. Experience administering and managing the oversight of COMSEC materials assigned to Local Elements based upon DON and MSC policies and procedures.
