Description

Gartner Analysts are industry thought leaders who create must-have insights, market predictions and best practices for a broad range of world-leading organizations. The Sr Director Analyst - Talent Management Technology will lead research and analysis in talent management technology, creating innovative insights and advising clients on their technology and process needs.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of relevant field or industry experience in strategic planning and implementation of talent management technology
  • Experience evaluating and implementing technologies to support: talent and leadership identification and development, employee listening, competency models, performance management, succession planning, feedback, and skills
  • Experience and comfort advising and working with CHROs and their peers
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Graduate degree preferred
  • Strong organizational skills; ability to work under tight deadlines and produce high quality deliverables
  • Demonstrate excellence in research and writing ability
  • Strong written and verbal proficiency, analytical and presentation skills; ability to engage clients and respond effectively to questions
  • Ability to work independently, while also being intrinsically motivated to collaborate across teams and support the workflow of others, in a multicultural global team
  • Demonstrate executive presence; can immediately establish credibility with C-level executives and additional stakeholders
  • Demonstrate superior analytical skills, applying conceptual models, recognizing patterns while drawing and defending conclusions
  • Proficient in analyzing and synthesizing data; can effectively apply patterns and frameworks to client challenges
  • Strong business and financial acumen
  • Comfortable presenting at large and small-scale speaking engagements on your area of expertise in talent management technology
  • Learning agile and adept with navigating highly matrixed environments
  • Ability to effectively adjust communication style to different audiences
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%
  • Experience implementing AI solutions in talent management processes
