Description
Appian is seeking a Software Support Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a technical background, strong troubleshooting skills, and experience with monitoring tools. The role involves triaging and resolving alerts, collaborating with engineers, and providing direct technical support to customers. The position is a night shift role with a base salary of $50,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year.
Requirements
- Collaborate with engineers to troubleshoot, escalate, and resolve complex system and customer issues
- Provide direct technical support to customers as needed
- Proactively improve system health by identifying alert trends, enhancing monitoring, and contributing code to increase reliability and efficiency
- Diagnose root causes and solve complex technical problems through hands-on troubleshooting
