We’re looking for Senior QA Engineers with strong experience in manual or automated testing, skilled in ensuring the quality of high-performance, scalable systems, and committed to quality best practices. What you’ll build and own • Design and execute comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases. • Perform manual testing to identify functional, integration, usability, and edge-case issues. • Create, maintain, and improve automated test suites and testing frameworks. • Test web applications, APIs, and backend services for functionality, reliability, and performance. • Validate AI-generated code and features to ensure they meet quality, maintainability, and business requirements. • Investigate defects, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with developers on solutions. • Contribute to quality best practices and continuous improvement initiatives across projects. • Participate in requirement reviews and help identify risks early in the development process. Core Requirements • 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Software Testing. • Strong experience with both manual and automated testing methodologies. • Experience testing web applications, APIs, mobile apps, and backend systems. • Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, WebdriverIO, or similar. • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern software development workflows. • Ability to review application code and understand system behavior when investigating issues. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. • Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment. Nice-to-Have • Experience testing software developed with AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, or ChatGPT. • Programming experience in JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Java, C#, or similar languages. • Experience with performance, security, accessibility, or load testing. • Experience contributing to test strategy, QA processes, or quality initiatives at a senior level. • Comfortable working flexible hours to overlap with distributed teams across different time zones.
