Description

We’re seeking a Senior Programmatic Consultant to own the GMP technical strategy and roadmap for a portfolio of clients. This role acts as the primary technical advisor across DV360 and CM360, translating complex ad-tech capability into scalable, commercial outcomes.

You will lead client engagements, shape GMP architectures, support new business, and mentor junior team members — including the Programmatic Support Specialists.

We’re seeking a Senior Analytics Consultant to own the GA4 technical strategy and roadmap for a portfolio of clients. This role acts as the primary measurement advisor across GA4, GTM, and the wider analytics stack, translating complex tracking and data-collection capability into scalable, commercial outcomes.

You will lead client engagements, shape measurement architectures, support new business, and mentor junior team members — including Analytics Support Specialists.

Key Responsibilities

  • Owning the GA4 strategy and roadmap for assigned clients

  • Acting as senior measurement advisor across GA4, GTM, and the broader analytics ecosystem

  • Designing and evolving measurement architectures aligned to client business goals

  • Leading complex troubleshooting and tracking/data quality optimisation initiatives

  • Supporting sales teams on pitches, RFPs, and solution design

  • Identifying opportunities where additional tracking and measurement capabilities unlock greater value

  • Providing thought leadership on digital maturity, privacy, consent, and measurement best practices

  • Mentoring and guiding junior support staff; setting standards and best practices

  • Maintaining strong relationships with analytics partners, platforms, and vendors

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • 6–10 years’ experience in digital analytics, marketing measurement, or ad-tech

  • 3+ years of deep, hands-on GA4 experience (including event design and implementation)

  • Strong understanding of the analytics measurement ecosystem (GA4, GTM, consent, identity and attribution concepts)

  • Proven experience advising clients at a strategic and technical level

  • Ability to translate tracking and data collection capability into business and growth outcomes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Analytics certifications (GA4, GTM, BigQuery, or related credentials)

  • Experience with alternative analytics platforms and tagging frameworks (as relevant)

  • Exposure to server-side tracking, CAPI-like patterns, and advanced measurement use cases

  • Experience with BigQuery, clean rooms, CDPs, data pipelines, or measurement integrations

  • Prior involvement in pre-sales or solution engineering

  • High client satisfaction and retention

  • Expansion of analytics-led solutions through smarter architecture and usage

  • Effective mentoring and upskilling of junior team members

  • Tangible contribution to new business wins and upsells (without quota-carrying)

  • GMP certifications (DV360, CM360, SA360, GA4, GTM)

  • Experience with alternative DSPs (The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP)

  • Exposure to CTV, Retail Media, and advanced programmatic use cases

  • Experience with BigQuery, clean rooms, CDPs, or measurement integrations

  • Prior involvement in pre-sales or solution engineering
