You qualify for the GS-13 grade level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience at the GS-12 grade level or equivalent performing duties such as: Implementing policies and procedures for security programs; Overseeing program operations and capabilities, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, orders, and instructions; And Preparing programs for inventorying, self-inspections, audits and security compliance reviews.
