What You’ll Do

You will provide essential administrative and coordination support to help the marketing team achieve its outcome-based goals.

Marketing Calendar Management

• Organize and maintain a comprehensive marketing calendar

• Track campaign timelines, deadlines, and deliverables

• Ensure alignment across internal teams

Material Preparation and Distribution

• Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials (brochures, presentations, digital assets)

• Ensure all materials are accurate, branded correctly, and delivered on time

Meeting Coordination

• Schedule and coordinate meetings with internal teams and external partners

• Prepare meeting agendas and document notes

• Track action items and ensure timely follow-ups

Database Management

• Maintain and update marketing databases

• Ensure customer and lead information is accurate and accessible

• Support targeted marketing initiatives with clean, organized data
