MANAGEMENT ANALYST

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or NH-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Using innovative management practices and principles in resolving problems, planning future strategies, and/or monitoring on-going operations; 2) Providing advice, counsel, or instruction to employees on both work and administrative matters; 3) Expert skill in written and oral communications to explain and influence high-level management on the basis for decisions and offering recommendations/solutions to issues and areas of concern, as well as being able to depict/display information analyzed in a formal presentation; 4) Influencing high-level management officials to accept recommendations, and in explaining the results.
