Position: Lead React Native Developer IOS/Android Location: Remote Exp Req : 12 Duration: 12 Months Primary Skills Required: • Strong hands-on experience in React Native Development • Expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript • Strong experience with React.js, Redux, and Redux-Saga • Experience building and maintaining cross-platform mobile applications for iOS & Android • Deep understanding of Mobile App Architecture, performance optimization, and scalable UI development • Experience integrating REST APIs • Strong knowledge of CSS / Flexbox • Experience with SQLite and mobile local storage solutions • Experience in Code Reviews, Solution Design, and technical leadership • Agile/Scrum environment experience Secondary / Nice-to-Have Skills: • Native iOS development experience using Swift / Objective-C • Native Android development experience using Java / Kotlin • Exposure to Python, C , or Rust • Experience with iOS storage frameworks like CoreData • Experience publishing apps to App Store / Play Store Responsibilities: • Lead the design and development of scalable React Native applications • Collaborate with product owners, designers, and backend teams • Drive architecture decisions and best practices for React Native development • Mentor junior developers and conduct peer code reviews • Optimize mobile applications for performance, scalability, and maintainability • Troubleshoot and resolve complex mobile application issues • Ensure high-quality code delivery following Agile methodologies Tools & Technologies: • Git / GitLab (Mandatory) • VS Code • Android Studio / Xcode • Jira / Confluence • Slack / Microsoft Teams • CocoaPods • Yarn / npm Preferred Candidate Profile: • 8 years in mobile application development • 4 years of strong hands-on experience specifically in React Native • Prior experience leading React Native teams/projects • Strong communication and client-facing skills John Web :
