Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in backend development in one or more relevant languages or frameworks (e.g., PHP, Python, Node.js, or equivalent)
• Demonstrated experience building and maintaining backend systems for production web applications
• Drupal module development, configuration, and site building experience
• Server-side logic, API integrations, and data migration
• Code review — giving and receiving constructive, technically grounded feedback
• Performance and security considerations for production web environments
