Job Title: HR Documents Specialist (Korean)

Job Type: Contractor

Location: Remote (Ideally based in the US)

Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Create, review, and refine HR documents, policies, and procedures in both Korean and English.
  2. Leverage advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to generate high-quality HR documentation and presentations.
  3. Collaborate remotely with the customer’s team to provide expertise in Human Resources documentation and ensure accuracy and compliance.
  4. Utilize Fortune 500 company experience to bring best practices and real-world HR insights into the AI training process.
  5. Deliver clear, concise, and accurate written and verbal feedback to support the development of AI models.
  6. Evaluate and enhance existing HR documents with a focus on clarity, consistency, and legal compliance.
  7. Contribute to ongoing improvement of AI systems by providing expert-level insights rooted in your HR background.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Native-level proficiency in Korean, with strong command of English for professional communication.
  2. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  3. Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience creating, managing, or refining HR documents and processes.
  4. Expert user of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with a demonstrable portfolio of relevant work.
  5. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, especially in delivering feedback and documentation.
  6. Comprehensive HR knowledge gained from working in or supporting Fortune 500 organizations.
  7. Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for producing high-quality HR documents.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience residing or working in the United States.
  2. Direct involvement in AI, technology, or HR digital transformation initiatives.
  3. Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM, PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
