Geneva -Project Manager

Project Leadership • Lead end-of-the-end delivery of strategic and tactical technology initiatives related to portfolio accounting, data integration, and operational efficiency. • Partner with investment, operations, and finance teams to define business requirements and translate them into actionable project plans. • Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, and deliverables using structured PM frameworks (Agile/Waterfall as appropriate). • Track milestones, manage dependencies, and proactively mitigate project risks and blockers. • Communicate project status, issues, and decisions to senior stakeholders through regular steering committee updates. • Coordinate with technology, vendors, and data teams to ensure quality and timely delivery. Functional Expertise – Hedge Fund Systems • Own Geneva-related initiatives — upgrades, new fund setups, configuration changes, and data integrations. • Define and manage data interfaces between Geneva and other systems such as: • Order Management Systems (OMS) – trade capture and allocations • Portfolio Management Systems (PMS) – exposure and performance • Risk Systems – sensitivities, VaR, stress testing • Data Warehouse / Reporting Layer – downstream consumption and dashboards • Document and optimize data flow from trade capture to NAV production, ensuring data integrity and reconciliation between systems. • Collaborate with business users to validate Geneva outputs — positions, valuations, accruals, and performance reports. • Partner with Accounting and Operations to troubleshoot data and workflow discrepancies.
