FACILITIES AND MAINTENANCE MANAGER, NF4/RFT

¿ A minimum of four years of experience as Supervisor or Manager. ¿ Must have specialized experience working at journeyman level of the carpentry trade. ¿ Must have the ability to interpret and read blue prints and schematics, scale drawings, and other diagrams essential to the work. ¿ Must have knowledge of a variety of trades involving plumbing, painting and masonry work. ¿ Knowledge of pertinent safety, occupational health and environmental regulations. ¿ Strong Administrative, Managerial and Computer skills required. ¿ Must have ability to gather and organize varied tasks, distinguish priorities, and plan for future contingencies. ¿ Must be skilled in written and oral expression and in using communications and counseling techniques to foster team effort. ¿ Experience as a Licensed Contractor is preferred. ¿ Knowledge of NAF Policy and Procedures preferred.
