Role Overview
The Division Chief of Operations provides operational responsibility for directing Fire, Rescue and Emergency Medical Services for the Company. This employee manages line personnel and their performance while providing service to customers.
What You Will Do
Coordinates the work of his/her functions and information exchanges with other organizations external to the company, represents the Company to various individuals and groups, and prepares the budget for his/her functions.

Requires 10 years of paid professional all risk fire experience or equivalent, 5 years as a company officer/supervisor, and a valid driver's license, medical examiner's card, and clean driver's record.
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License
- Valid Medical Examiner's Card
- Clean Driver's Record
- High School Diploma or GED
- CPR with AED
- EMT
- NWCG Strike Team Leader (Desirable)
- Bachelor's Degree Associate Degree or Approved higher education
- CA State Fire Officer (I-100-I-200 I-300, S-260, S-330 (Task Force/Strike team Leader Desirable) S-336 or equivalent)
