Communications Manager- Remote or Jersey city

Communications Manager Location: Jersey City, NJ or remote. Looking for a strong and proven Communications Manager to create and execute communications platforms in support of our distribution partners as well as our overall brand strategy. You will be responsible for content development, marketing communications, partner support and educational materials to improve sales channel success as well as internal and external relationships. What you'll be doing: • Create internal and external communications to support the success of existing partnerships and drive new partnerships from all Blink distribution channels. • Work directly with the Head of Distribution to understand key business challenges and opportunities and develop marketing and communication assets that drive new lead development, partner implementation, and post integration partner support. • Engage internal and external stakeholders to construct a portfolio of communications that can adapt to prospects and partners based on target client group, distribution channel and partner marketing strategy. • Develop and maintain a self-serve partner experience within the Blink website with access to sales assets, content marketing, design templates and other assets as defined by the Blink team. What you'll need: • Graduate degree, preferably in marketing or a similar subject. • Fluency in English, Spanish also desirable. • Strong copywriting and content development experience. • Substantial experience developing and implementing strategic communications plans across multiple channels. • Ability to adapt brand across diverse channels, including affinity, employee benefits, and broker agent. • Ability to understand historical, current, and future trends in the digital content and social medial space to support partner and client engagement. • Ability to work autonomously and grasp new skills easily. • Experience working with senior stakeholders and external partners. • Proven, planning, organization and prioritization skills.
