Contract Needs • Onsite required as there is a lot of business facing interaction. • Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Resource Qualifications Desired Education / Certifications • Certified Business Analyst professional • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science; and/or equivalent Mandatory Experience • 5+ years in BA role for delivery of software • Exceptional communication, documentation and presentation skills Desired Experience • Understanding of User Centered Design and Business Architecture principles • High adoption rates of new technologies • Business Process Modeling Experience • Journey Mapping • Understanding of modern technologies and architectures Deliverables • Planning documentation • Requirements elicitation • Use Case documentation • Testing materials (e.g. scripts, scenarios, etc.) and Acceptance criteria • Requirements management • Job Aids • Workshop facilitation • Documentation of complex business concepts • Review and analysis / recommendations of documentation • Journey Mapping • Business Process Modeling
